All services offered by ‘Hazel Lee Psychics’, Registered in UK, United Kingdom, trading as ‘Hazel Lee Psychics’, https://hazelleepsychics.co.uk/ are for entertainment only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security and credit card verification purposes.

Whilst Hazel Lee Psychics believes all readers to be the best available, they are self employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Hazel Lee Psychics does not have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Hazel Lee Psychics will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

All promotional offers are only open to customers that have positively opted in to our marketing opportunities. Each client wishing to take up a promotional offer may be asked to provide an email address and/or mobile phone prior to the acceptance of the offer.

PSYCHIC EMAIL READINGS

Please note that psychic email readings require a timeframe of up to 48 hours for our psychics to carry out your reading and respond to your request. Your psychic email reading will be sent via email from us to the email address you have provided in your online order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering on 0330 114 0110 or info@hazelleepsychics.co.uk and we will issue a full refund within 5 working days. Privacy policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

Credit Card Services

To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Hazel Lee Psychics Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Premium Rate Telephone Services

To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call

Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute, plus your phone provider’s access charge.

Text Services (UK)

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a ‘roaming’ basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per shortcode per calendar day.

The charge for our Live Psychic Service is £1.50, Up to 2 texts per reply. 18+ Entertainment only.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about any of our services you may email info@hazelleepsychics.co.uk. It is our aim to follow up any complaint within two to three working days excluding public holidays.

BARRING OF ACCESS

Hazel Lee Psychics may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Hazel Lee Psychics Ltd or any of its associated companies.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with UK law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
